Our promise

If something isn't right with your order, message us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

What can be returned

  • Unopened products in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used products can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost.

How to start a return

Send us your order number and the reason from the contact page. We'll arrange the pickup and refund or exchange once the item is received.
